Chapter 487: Chapter 487 - Moonlight Land

Chapter 487: - Moonlight Land

Morel's face went pale as he exclaimed in shock, "How did he get into Moonlight Land?! Isn't he riding the fox spirit? He couldn't possibly get in."

Cecilia shook her head. "I don't know, Sir Morel, but he seemed unaffected by the rules of the domain."

"We should follow him!" Morel declared firmly, moving quickly towards the edge of the cliff.

However, Morel abruptly stopped in his tracks when a sudden gust of wind blew up from beneath the cliff. Emerging from the mist below was a figure atop a large, white flying fox. It was Broken, calmly seated on Polly's back as she ascended gracefully.

Morel's eyes went wide with disbelief as he looked at Broken. He turned to Cecilia. "Cecilia, are you absolutely sure about what you said earlier?"

"Ye-yes, Sir Morel..."

"Broken..." Ivana called out. "So, you've found Moonlight Land, right? Is it as beautiful as I imagined?"

Broken nodded. "Ivana... I'm sure you'll love what I saw down there. Come on..." he said, holding out his hand to her.

Ivana took a deep breath and cautiously stepped towards the edge of the cliff.

"I'm going to experience the sensation of falling from this height," she declared, then took the plunge without a moment's hesitation.

Polly instantly dove after her, her wings folding slightly to gain speed.

Morel and the others were stunned by what Broken and Ivana had just done.

"What just happened? Damn!" Morel exclaimed, turning sharply to Cecilia.

"Sir Morel, I swear, I wasn't lying," Cecilia replied.

"No one said you were lying, Cecilia. Come on!" Cedric said as he grabbed Cecilia's hand, pulling her towards the cliff. "Let's catch up with them, hahaha!"

With laughter, Cedric and Cecilia both jumped off the cliff.

Morel frowned deeply as he watched Broken's seemingly effortless entrance into the domain. "Doesn't he have to abide by the entrance rules? Could it be that he is exempt because he is a player? Is it possible for players to enter Moonlight Land without the restriction?"

Morel's expression hardened as he turned his gaze back towards the cliff edge.

"In that case, I must heighten the security around here. I cannot allow any more players to get close enough to discover this location."

Leaping from Polly's back, Broken found himself in a breathtakingly beautiful ancient forest. The trees rose to incredible heights, their branches stretching toward the sky, while sunlight filtered through the canopy, casting a gentle dappled glow across the forest floor. The atmosphere was almost dreamlike, as though time itself had slowed, and the peace of the place was palpable.

The forest seemed truly magical. Broken could see tiny glistening motes floating in the air, sparkling faintly like suspended fireflies. He had no idea what they were, but their presence made the forest feel alive and enchanted. Everything around him was vibrant-fresh, green, and utterly untouched.

[You have ventured into the magical realm of Moonlight Land.]

[Your Mana Regeneration is boosted by 100%!]

[Additionally, your Health Regeneration is also increased by 30%.]

[Thanks to your strong affinity with Faeries, your magical damage is boosted by a whopping 50%, while your Elemental Damage is increased by 30%.]

"What the hell?!"

Broken was stunned by the benefits he received in this place. What kind of power was this?! 100% Mana Regeneration?! Was it only affecting him? Because if Polly also received this buff, it meant she could fly indefinitely here-her Mana regeneration would outpace the cost of her flight.

And then there was the 30% Health Regeneration increase, the boost to magic damage, and the elemental damage boost? This was unbelievable.

He swallowed hard, trying to process it all. Turning to Ivana, he called out, "Ivana?"

Ivana smiled, already seeming to understand what he was thinking. "Yes, it's incredible, isn't

it?"

Broken then looked over to Polly. "Polly, did you also get the buff from this place?"

"Yes, Master... My Mana regeneration is much faster than usual."

"Good." Broken nodded, smiling in satisfaction.

"The forest is so beautiful..." Ivana murmured softly beside Broken. "I can tell right away that I love this forest. It's simply enchanting."

"Yes, Ivana... It's incredible here. This forest is unlike anything I've ever seen before," Then he chuckled, "I'm sure if I broadcast my adventures here, I'd get a ton of views."

"What's that, Broken?"

"That's something like sharing the view of my vision with anyone in my world, so they can see what I'm seeing," he explained.

Ivana tilted her head. "You can do that?"

"Yes, that's also what they did during the competition in Dissidia, remember? Or like when someone roamed around Slumdon interviewing people."

"I want to know more about your world too... Can you share it with me?"

Broken sighed and shook his head. "I can't, Ivana... The game system doesn't allow that kind of connection. But I promise, I'll tell you more about my world later, okay?"

Ivana smiled warmly and nodded. "I'll be waiting to hear everything. I want to know what you're like out there."n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

She then reached for his hand. "Let's explore the forest, Broken!" she said eagerly, but then paused, looking around. "But where are the others? Cedric, Cecilia, and Sir Morel? Shouldn't they be here with us?"

"Maybe they got lost..."

Ivana raised an eyebrow, laughing softly. "You're not serious, are you? This is their home,

after all."

Broken smiled and then pulled out his bow. Instantly, his vision sharpened.

[Hawk's Eye (Passive Skill)]

He scanned their surroundings, his eyes adjusting quickly to the forest's dim. Now he could make out every detail-the subtle swaying of leaves, the flicker of the tiny motes of light floating through the air, and any potential signs of their companions.

"They must be somewhere close," he said. "Let's move, Ivana, and we'll keep an eye out for

them."

Ivana nodded, and they took a few steps forward, allowing the forest to reveal itself as they advanced deeper into Moonlight Land.

As Broken continued to survey the area, he muttered softly, "It looks like this place is filled with monsters that have nature-based elements. Gaia would be thrilled if she got the chance to consume some Monster Cores or even a Monster Soul Stone from here." Ivana nodded. "That's true. We should take this opportunity to hunt, then. After all, they mentioned we might be staying here for up to a month. I'm sure we'll find something extraordinary in this forest."

"Exactly. That's what Maylock said, too. Not many players get a chance like this, so there's a good chance we'll come across something truly rare and interesting."

Ivana smiled. "Let's make the most of it then. Who knows what kind of treasures or secrets

this place holds?"

Broken could see, from a distance, several monsters roaming around. There were Wood Wose -humanoid creatures made of wood and foliage, Forest Goats-goat-like creatures, and Root Beasts-large, subterranean creatures composed of roots and soil. He also spotted Tree Stalkers, slender beings with bark-like skin, and Leaf Wisps, small ethereal entities that

glided through the air.

[Wood Wose Lv. 212]

[Forest Goat Lv. 221]

[Root Beast Lv. 189]

[Tree Stalker Lv. 211]

[Leaf Wisp Lv. 178]

Broken swallowed hard as he took in their levels-all quite high. But there was a thrill stirring

within him, urging him to hunt them down. These creatures, with their levels, would yield

extraordinary loot and valuable cores.

However, he hesitated. "Would the faeries be angry if I did this?"
