Chapter 363 King's talent
It didn't take long for the car carrying Aleron and his entourage to reach the Sky Tower. With perfect speed and agility, the vehicle landed smoothly in the designated parking area. From there, they walked slowly toward the entrance gate of the Sky Tower.
The location of the Sky Tower they were visiting was ideal. It had appeared in an uninhabited area, making it easier to manage. The access road to the tower had already been paved with asphalt, and other supporting facilities like parking lots, shops, and teleportation points were available. It would have been a different story if the Sky Tower had appeared in a city area; extra caution would have been required to manage the space, and security would have to be heightened due to the constant flow of ordinary citizens.
"Please, Sir," Ike said, gesturing politely toward the gate of the Sky Tower. She stepped forward, leading Aleron and the elders inside.
Around them, a scene full of activity greeted them. Hunters of various ranks and curious power users crowded the area, each busy preparing themselves or waiting for their team members to enter.
Even though Ike's power level wasn't particularly high—only Tier-2—her presence with Aleron and his entourage drew attention. Many curious and cautious gazes were directed their way. Some attempted to use their status panels to analyze the strength of Aleron's group, but all they got were rows of question marks, indicating just how powerful Aleron and his companions were.
The atmosphere grew tense. Some people even showed clear signs of fear. Although Aleron and his group physically resembled humans, their aura exuded something alien and intimidating. Those around them understood that they were not humans from Earth.
"Look, are they the guests everyone's been talking about?" whispered an old man to his companion beside him. The magic staff slung across his back indicated that he was a hunter. His voice trembled, a mix of curiosity and anxiety.
"Indeed, their strength is comparable to Mr. Lein and the core members of the alliance," his friend replied, his face filled with dread. As Tier-1 hunters, they fully understood that compared to legendary figures like them, they were nothing more than insignificant specks of dust.
"Of course. The shirtless young man in front is a Guardian," the old man continued. His eyes glowed with admiration and a hint of envy. At his advanced age, witnessing a young man with such immense power stirred conflicting emotions within him.
However, his companion scoffed skeptically. "What are you thinking? That youthful body of his could just be the result of some drug or artifact. He might already be thousands of years old."
The old man paused for a moment, then nodded slightly. "You might be right," he muttered, though the envy still burned in his heart.n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om
The two old men continued watching Aleron's group as they slowly approached the Sky Tower. Their gazes were filled with curiosity and admiration, tinged with a hint of tension.
"Sir, over there," whispered one of the elders walking behind Aleron. His voice was almost drowned out by the sound of footsteps but was clear enough for Aleron to hear. He pointed toward a young woman standing not far from the tower's entrance.
The woman appeared to be sitting on a chair near the resting area, her hands busy with a phone. Occasionally, she typed quickly, then paused, as if contemplating something before continuing. Her expression seemed serious, but there was a subtle gentleness in her demeanor that was hard to describe.
Aleron followed the elder's gaze. In his view, the girl looked ordinary, with no striking features. But as he tried to see deeper, as if piercing through her essence, he found something strange. The girl seemed to have a protective layer that prevented her from being seen in detail.
"Are you certain? Does she possess the King's talent?" Aleron asked telepathically, his tone flat but filled with curiosity.
"Certain, Sir. The Eternal Compass of Yun is vibrating strongly," the elder replied. He took out a small compass, its needle trembling wildly, as if issuing a powerful warning.
"Miss Ike, excuse me, could we stop for a moment?" Aleron said, turning to Ike, who was walking beside him.
Ike seemed a little puzzled by the request, but with a light smile, she nodded. "Of course, Sir. Is there something I can assist with?"
"No, I just want to speak briefly with the girl over there," Aleron said, pointing toward the woman sitting on the chair earlier.
Ike followed the direction of Aleron's gesture. Her gaze fell on the girl, and she immediately recognized her. In a casual tone, Ike called out, "Abigail."
Abigail was one of the internal students of the World Market Trade Alliance. As a government officer, Ike naturally knew all the internal members of the alliance, whose numbers were fewer than 1,000. Their power levels were at least Tier-3, with some already reaching beyond Tier-3.

Hearing her name called, the woman turned her head. Her eyes lit up when she saw Ike and the others. With quick movements, she rose from her chair and jogged toward them.
"Sis Ike, wait!" she called out, her voice full of enthusiasm. A wide smile adorned her face, radiating cheerfulness that contrasted with her initially quiet appearance.
Abigail stopped not far from Aleron's group, slightly out of breath from running. "Hello, Sis Ike! What's up?" she asked, still wearing the same bright smile.
Aleron and his entourage were momentarily surprised by the girl's demeanor. They had initially assumed Abigail was a sullen girl because she was sitting alone. However, her cheerful and enthusiastic attitude left a different impression.
"Nothing much. Let me introduce you to Mr. Aleron, our esteemed guest," Ike said, introducing Aleron and his group.
Abigail turned her gaze to Aleron. For a moment, she was startled by the young man's appearance, especially since Aleron was shirtless. But she quickly adjusted her emotions, realizing that the man before her was the important guest everyone had been talking about.
"Hello, Mr. Aleron. My name is Abigail. It's a pleasure to meet you," Abigail said, bowing slightly as a sign of respect.
"A good girl," Aleron murmured softly, loud enough for Abigail to hear. He nodded lightly, conveying the same respect.
