Chapter 1485: Lingering Fear, Tearing Through the Heavenly Screen

Ying Lianxi’s question had crossed the line and he realized his mistake the moment the question left his lips. He quickly apologized.

However, Shang Xia already expected him to ask something along the lines.

As high-level True Immortals were unable to enter Azure Worlds, the Twin Star Pirates discovered that if they wished to establish their foundations there, they didn’t have enough experts to do the job. The Ying Brothers could split off a clone to enter the Azure World, but since they were True Immortals, they would be suppressed either way. Unless they were willing to seal their cultivation at the third tier of the Martial Void Realm and force their way into the world, it would be useless. However, if they did that, the suppression of the World’s Will would still be immense and the plan wouldn’t work well. If it could, they wouldn’t have asked for Shang Xia’s help in the first place.

What was more, from how the rank six spiritual beasts came out to attack the ships, there were 4 of them in total. Their combat strength reached from the first tier to the third tier True Immortal-level and there was at least another hidden beast in their world who would most likely be the most difficult opponent to deal with.

If they sealed their cultivation, they might not even be able to deal with it once they entered the world.

They would fortify it and use it as their base of operations. Once that was done, they would need to obtain a huge batch of resources from the Spirit Ark to support their operation.

After the Ying Brothers left, Xin Lu, who had been silent the entire time, sent him a voice transmission, “The Twin Star Pirates seem afraid after their recent loss. They are afraid you will suppress them and make them your subordinates.”

Shang Xia laughed to himself. Of course, he could tell what they were feeling. He didn’t really care as he felt it was much better to be feared than to be plotted against.

Moreover, their fear of him would be a formless pressure that prevented them from doing anything stupid. It was a much more effective method of control.

“How is your progress?” Shang Xia asked suddenly.

Ying Lianquan replied, “Not yet. However, we have already chosen the people to go. 4 of them will split into 2 teams and we will both send a clone separately. Brother Shang, do you plan to go with them to take a look?”

Shang Xia’s clone told them about how the other side was disrupting Xin Lu’s attempt to determine their location before he smiled to answer, “Of course I do.”

Ying Lianxi raised an eyebrow in response. “Before we try anything, it would be best for us to draw the attention of the powerful spiritual beasts in the Azure Savage World.”

After he spoke, Ying Lianxi nodded at Shang Xia’s clone. He rushed over to the heavenly screen with Ying Lianquan and they unleashed their secret art. Both of them sent a punch at the heavenly screen.

Even though Shang Xia could tell that they were suppressed by the World’s Will by being so close to the heavenly screen, the void still trembled violently around their fists. The heavenly screen rippled violently under their fists before a small crack was formed. The crack extended and eventually, a hole was torn open as the world was revealed to Shang Xia and the others.
